I am a little confused.
Pg 7 shows Olivia Palermo wearing the outfit below. Categorized under 10 Best looks of the week.
So then, page 76 Shows KELIS wearing the outfit below Under OOPS!! what were they thinking section!? & a comment was made from the critics saying "she's wearing my basement rug!"
I understand they wore them in different ways, differnt shoes and tops but I don't know...at least have it categorized under "WHO WORE IT BETTER" Not "Best look" and then "What were they thinking look?"

I agree with you. A "who wore it better" segment would have made more sense
