How I am losing weight

I sit here staring at this picture and can't believe that it's my own body I am looking at!
I am doing it! I really am! I promise I will do a video covering all of your questions and my advice.
I just wanted to let you all know you can do it and of course I would love to share what I am doing. I signed up for Weight Watchers a year ago and had to end it due to no self motivation. I then decided one morning after taking a picture of myself that I had to do something about my weight before it got worse.  So I searched #weightloss on instagram and noticed WW was a top trend and I ended up following a lot of people doing WW and then tracked my sugar and protein and such on fitness pal and ended up figuring out what my body needed to lose the weight but still have my energy for my two kids. There is so much more and like I said I will have a video up soon on my main channel.  In the meantime you can check out my instagram account I made just for weight loss. It covers what I eat, before and afters and just inspiration. The instagram account was private and only for myself but now that I see I can do it and proud of myself I wanted to share. I wanted to feel encouraged more and inspiring to others just as the other women were to me who left their pages public.
