What I eat to lose my weight.


Back at it again with a food post. I love food. haha. After Thanksgiving I had to give myself a little detoxing for my skin and body. We went to big bear mountains and my skin was so dry after that and I felt a little yucky inside and out. It was fun out there though. No complaints there. Anyways I share with you another food Diary and I made asparagus soup for the first time and let me tell you ..low on points and delicious as ever! YUMMMM!! Enjoy!
